Counter Staff

Position: Counter Staff / Customer Service Executive

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and enterprising candidate to join our Be.laban team. The candidate should enjoy interacting with customers and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dessert café environment.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Pleasant personality with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Smart, presentable and well-groomed
• Confident in speaking with customers and taking orders
• Ability to understand the menu and explain products to customers
• Responsible for accurate billing, order taking and order coordination
• Should be comfortable handling cash/UPI/POS transactions
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter
• Should be a good team player and willing to support other staff when required
• Quick learner with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Able to work under pressure during peak hours
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, QSR or dessert outlet will be an advantage

Working Hours

12 noon to 2 am

9 hours shift.

Shift timing may vary depending on operational requirements.
