Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to handle client engagement, lead follow-ups, and site visit coordination for residential property projects. You will be the main point of contact between clients, developers, and our sales team, from first inquiry through booking and post-sales support.Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up on inquiries and leads from various sources, and qualify them by budget, location, and requirementSchedule and coordinate site visits and client meetings with developers and project teamsMaintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM and update status dailyShare project details, pricing, offers, and brochures with clientsCoordinate with developers' sales teams on bookings, documentation, and payment schedulesProvide post-sales support to clients, including follow-ups on payments, documentation, and possession updatesBuild long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referralsPrepare daily and weekly reports on calls, visits, and conversions

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate CRM, telecalling, or sales coordination (CP or developer side preferred)

Communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

Ability to handle follow-ups independently and meet targets

Graduate in any discipline
