Job Description

1. Client Relationship Management 

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and 

transparent communication. 

* Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations to deliver tailored advisory outcomes. 

* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely issue resolution. 

* Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. 

* Collaborate with leadership to renew, extend, or expand client mandates. 

* Develop and maintain client feedback loops to identify improvement areas. 

* Uphold confidentiality and data integrity across all client interactions.
