We Are Hiring – Patient Care Coordinator (Female)

Vardaan Hospital – Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Centre, Goregaon West, Mumbai

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and sales-driven Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team at Vardaan Hospital / Allure Medspa.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Convert leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, Zoho CRM & Walk-ins.
2. Explain cosmetic & plastic surgery procedures, risks, recovery and preparation with empathy.
3. Handle patient queries professionally and ensure a smooth patient journey.
4. Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups & CRM reporting.
5. Achieve monthly conversion targets.
6. Maintain professional communication & service etiquette at all times.

🔹 Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience (healthcare or cosmetic industry preferred)
2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
3. Pleasant personality, confident and self-driven
4. Ability to maintain accuracy in CRM updates
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to a high-performance environment
6. Must be comfortable with:

• Rotational shifts
• Sunday working (weekly off will be on a weekday)
