Job Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process


Eligibility:

• Male & Female candidates can apply

• Freshers & Experienced both can apply

• HSC mandatory; Graduates can also apply

• Basic to Fluent English communication candidates can apply

• Age: 21+

• College students are not eligible


Salary:

•Freshers: ₹15,000–₹16,000 In-Hand

• Experienced: ₹21,000–₹25,000 In-Hand, for eligible candidates with relevant experience


Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and queries

• Explain credit card features and offers

• Generate leads and achieve targets

• Provide professional customer support


Shift: 9:40 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed)

Working: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off
