We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and energetic Office Assistant to join our growing team at Dahisar, Mumbai.

📌 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Client Coordination: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates on all upcoming public issues (IPOs).

• Application Assistance: Handhold and guide clients through the documentation and execution process to successfully apply for public issues.

• Information Updates: Track stock market updates regarding public issues and accurately communicate timelines to registered clients.

• Operational Support: Help management maintain day-to-day communication logs and client tracking registers.

🎓 Key Eligibility Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Standard (HSC) pass.

• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are highly encouraged to apply!).

• Age Bracket: 20 to 25 years.

• Key Skills: Basic computer knowledge, polite phone etiquette, and fluency in local languages.

💰 Compensation & Workplace Details

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (dependent on performance and competency).

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site.

• Location: Dahisar, Mumbai.
