Job Description
Job Summary
Support customer onboarding, lead conversion, transaction booking, and customer communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Learn company products, website, app, and processes.
Handle WhatsApp Business and WABA communications.
Conduct customer and partner calls.
Follow up on leads and ensure transaction completion.
Support onboarding and documentation activities.
Maintain service quality and response timelines.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Business Communication, or related field.
Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with persuasive communication ability.
Basic understanding of mobile applications and digital platforms.
