Job Description

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Management & Email Support Executive with exhibition/trade show industry experience to manage exhibitor databases, data extraction, online research, CRM, and email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract data from exhibition websites, exhibitor directories, trade show platforms, and online sources.
  • Research and collect exhibitor/company and decision-maker information.
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets, CRM, and company databases.
  • Perform data cleaning, verification, and duplicate removal.
  • Prepare exhibitor/prospect lists and reports for the Sales team.
  • Handle client/prospect email communication and follow-ups.
  • Manage mailing lists and email campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in exhibition/events/trade show industry preferred.
  • Experience in data extraction, web research, and lead generation.
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good English communication and organizational skills.
