Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Add and update events, experiences, festivals, concerts, and sports packages on the platform.
• Upload event details, pricing, inclusions, itineraries, venue information, and images.
• Verify data accuracy before publishing.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure event information is current.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and CMS records.
• Update inventory, ticket availability, hotel details, and package information.
• Conduct basic online research to gather event information.
• Ensure all listings follow LiveFiesta content standards.
• RequirementsExcellent attention to detail.
• Good written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with websites, CMS platforms, and online tools.
• Basic internet research skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Prior experience in data entry, operations, travel, or event management is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of concerts, festivals, sporting events, and travel packages.
• Familiarity with image uploads and basic formatting.
• Experience with CRM or content management systems.
