Job SummaryWe are hiring energetic and reliable Delivery Executives to join BigBasket. You will pick up grocery orders from the nearest dark store/warehouse and deliver them safely to customers' doorsteps within a designated local radius.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Pickup: Collect packaged grocery crates or bags from designated BigBasket dark stores.
• Doorstep Delivery: Transport items safely to customer locations using optimal GPS routes.
• App Management: Update delivery statuses, navigate routes, and mark orders complete via the BigBasket Delivery Partner App.
• Payments & Verification: Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) or handle digital payment confirmations upon drop-off.
• Customer Interaction: Ensure a polite, professional handover experience for every delivery.

Salary Structure & Working ExpectationsTo consistently achieve ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month, earnings are structured around a combination of order completions and bonuses:

• Full-Time Shifts: 9 to 11 hours daily.
• Order Volume: ~20–28 completed orders per day.
• Payout Model: Per-order delivery fee + weekly/monthly milestone bonuses + peak-hour surge incentives.
• Additional Perks: Attendance bonuses, referral incentives, and optional medical insurance cover.
• Eligibility CriteriaAge: Minimum 18 years old.
• Education: Open to candidates with basic reading ability (English/Local Language).
• Vehicle: Owning or having access to a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) or EV.
• Device: Android smartphone with an active internet plan.
• Required DocumentsGovernment ID: Aadhaar Card & PAN Card.
• Driving Documents: Valid Permanent Driving License (DL) & RC/Insurance of the vehicle.
• Financial Details: Active bank account passbook or cancelled cheque for weekly payouts.
