Delivery Executive – Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver products, parcels, or orders to customers safely and on time.
- Pick up orders from the assigned location and complete deliveries as per schedule.
- Verify customer details and collect payments, if applicable.
- Maintain delivery records and update order status regularly.
- Handle customer queries professionally during deliveries.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle/bike is maintained properly.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driving licence and a two-wheeler are preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and navigation.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Andheri East Mumbai-On-site / Field Job
DL/Two wheeler is mandatory
