Job Description

Desktop Support Engineer (Female)Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Chandivali, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop, laptop, printer and basic IT technical support.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS and network issues.
  • Install and configure software, systems and IT peripherals.
  • Provide basic CCTV troubleshooting and support.
  • Handle IT-related complaints and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Maintain records of service requests and IT equipment.

Requirements:

  • IT / Hardware & Networking knowledge preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, desktops, laptops and printers.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
