Job Description: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

JK Foods is hiring a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing marketing team in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

## Role Overview

* Department: Marketing

* Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

* Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

* Education: B.Com or a degree in Marketing

* Salary Range: ₹75,000 – ₹80,000 per month

## Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

* Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

* Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPL, and ROAS to optimize ad spend.

* Manage SEO and SEM strategies to drive website traffic and conversions.

* Implement targeted email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Brevo.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

* Develop and execute data-driven lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels.

* Set up and optimize lead funnels using landing pages, lead forms, and automation tools.

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure high lead quality and timely follow-ups.

* Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead data within the CRM system.

Creative Design & Content Creation

* Design static creatives, infographics, reels, and video elements using Canva.

* Develop engaging ad creatives tailored for paid campaigns, social media, and emailers.

## Key Skills & Requirements

* Core Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, paid media management, and lead generation funnels.

* Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, and marketing automation/CRM tools.

* Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, multi-tasking capabilities, and sharp attention to deadlines.

* Preferred: Basic video editing, knowledge of content scheduling, and experience with A/B testing.
