📌 1. JOB PROFILEYouTube & Digital Media Assistant

The selected candidate will assist in shooting, editing, content creation, computer work and day-to-day digital media activities.

🎬 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Video shooting and basic video editing

• Creating YouTube Videos, Shorts & Reels

• Thumbnail designing using Canva / Photoshop

• Camera, microphone and lighting setup

• Basic audio/video equipment handling

• YouTube video uploading and basic SEO

• Social media content creation and management

• Basic photo/video editing and file management

• Maintaining and organizing digital media files

• Basic computer-related office work as required

🎯 3. CANDIDATE PROFILEFreshers, Students and Graduates can apply.

Candidates should have:

• Good interest in YouTube, Video Editing, Technology & Digital Media

• Good English communication skills

• Good computer knowledge

• English typing speed of minimum 30 WPM

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google tools

• Creativity and willingness to learn new software and technologies

• Basic understanding of cameras, microphones and lighting will be an advantage

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Responsible and disciplined approach towards work

⭐ 4. PREFERRED SKILLSCandidates having knowledge/experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut

• Photoshop / Canva

• YouTube Studio

• Basic SEO & social media optimization

• Camera handling and video shooting

• Audio recording and microphone setup

• Basic lighting setup

• AI tools for content creation/editing

Freshers with good learning ability are also encouraged to apply.

⏰ 5. WORKING HOURS2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

📅 Weekly Off: One day per week, depending on the work schedule and workload.

📝 6. SELECTION PROCESSCandidates will be selected through:

1. Oral Interview – Communication & general computer knowledge

2. Practical Test – Typing, computer skills, creativity and basic video-production/editing skills

💰 7. SALARY / REMUNERATIONStarting from ₹20,000/- per month

Final salary will depend on:

• Interview performance

• Technical & creative skills

• Practical test performance

• Relevant experience

• Overall capabilities of the candidate

Salary is negotiable for experienced and highly capable candidates.
