Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Amazon E-Commerce Executive to manage our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, Amazon PPC, account health, and overall sales growth on the Amazon marketplace.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Seller Central ManagementManage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (ASINs).
- Upload new products, variations, and bulk listings.
- Maintain listing quality and resolve suppressed listings.
- Catalog ManagementOptimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and images.
- Create parent-child variations.
- Update product attributes and specifications.
- Ensure accurate product categorization.
- Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Plan replenishment for FBA and Easy Ship inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order ManagementProcess and monitor daily orders.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer claims.
- Resolve shipment and delivery issues.
- Coordinate with Amazon support for operational issues.
- Amazon Advertising (PPC)Create and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Monitor ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and campaign performance.
- Optimize bids, budgets, and keywords.
- Generate advertising performance reports.
- Pricing & Competitor AnalysisMonitor competitor pricing.
- Update prices based on business strategy.
- Manage promotions, coupons, Lightning Deals, and discounts.
- Account HealthMonitor Account Health Rating (AHR).
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Resolve performance notifications and policy violations.
- Maintain excellent Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate (LSR), and Valid Tracking Rate (VTR).
- Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Track best-selling and slow-moving products.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Experience with bulk uploads and inventory management.
- Basic understanding of Amazon SEO and PPC.
