E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, advertising, sales performance, and resolving marketplace-related issues.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
• Manage pricing, inventory, orders, and stock availability.
• Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons.
• Monitor sales performance, returns, refunds, claims, and account health.
• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and marketplace support teams.
• Resolve seller account issues and ensure marketplace policy compliance.
• Track performance metrics and work toward achieving sales targets.
• RequirementsGood knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Experience in product listing optimization, SEO, and marketplace advertising.
• Understanding of inventory management, order processing, and account health.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales report analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts and meet targets.
