Position : E-Commerce Manager
Company: RE Ayurveda Private Limited
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role ::
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales and lead operations across key e-commerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and our D2C website.
Key Responsibilities ::
- Sales & Growth: Manage and grow overall D2C and marketplace sales to consistently hit monthly targets.
- Platform Management: Handle cataloging, listing optimization, inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Shopify).
- Ad & Campaign Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize promotional offers, platform campaigns, and paid advertisements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales, GMV, profit margins, ROI, and key platform performance metrics.
- Account Coordination: Maintain strong relationships and work closely with platform category managers and quick-commerce teams.
- Business Expansion: Identify market trends, new channel opportunities, and growth tactics to scale the brand online.
Requirements ::
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace and D2C brand management.
Platform Expertise: In-depth working knowledge of seller portals for major marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and Shopify.
Skills: Strong analytical ability, inventory planning, performance marketing understanding, and sales-driven mindset.
Location: Must be able to commute to Andheri West, Mumbai.
