E-Commerce Operations Executive — Order Processing & Dispatch

Location: Mumbai (Work From Office) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience & interview performance) Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We're a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand looking for a sharp, detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to own the daily order processing and dispatch cycle. You'll be the bridge between our Shopify store and our warehouse — making sure every order gets processed, dispatched, and tracked without delays.

This is a hands-on execution role. If you like keeping things organized, working with numbers, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks — this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Process incoming orders daily on Shopify — verify details, flag issues, push to fulfillment
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure same-day/next-day dispatch for all orders
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and manifests
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, tracking, and delivery issues
• Monitor and resolve NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and RTO (Return to Origin) cases
• Track daily dispatch status and maintain order processing MIS
• Flag delays, mismatches, or operational bottlenecks before they escalate
• Ensure accurate order data across Shopify and internal tracking sheets

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, or dispatch (D2C preferred)
• Familiarity with Shopify order management
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets for daily tracking and reporting
• Strong attention to detail — you catch errors before they become problems
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Process-oriented mindset — you follow SOPs and suggest improvements
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high order volumes

Good to Have

• Experience with courier platforms (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bombino, or similar)
• Exposure to international shipping/logistics
• Familiarity with any WMS or OMS tools
