Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Overview -

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Technician to manage electrical audits, repairs, maintenance, and installations across multiple properties in the assigned city.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring electrical systems are safe, properly maintained, and functioning smoothly. Candidates with basic plumbing knowledge will be given preference.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular electrical audits and inspections across company properties.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues at different locations.
• Perform electrical repair, maintenance, wiring, and installation work.
• Inspect electrical infrastructure at new properties before onboarding.
• Support electrical work planning and execution at new locations.
• Ensure all electrical work is completed safely and as per required standards.
• Travel across multiple properties within the assigned city for audits and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Infra Executives for maintenance activities and site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain city-level electrical SOPs, audit reports, and maintenance records.
• Identify potential electrical risks and take corrective action.
• Candidate RequirementsMust be a qualified / certified electrician or have relevant practical electrical experience.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults and independently handle basic repair work.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety and maintenance standards.
• Must be comfortable travelling across multiple properties within the assigned city.
• Should be responsible, practical, and capable of handling site-level electrical work independently.

Preferred Qualification:

• Basic plumbing knowledge and the ability to handle minor plumbing repairs will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with both electrical and plumbing skills will be given preference.
