Job Description
(Electrician/ Plumber )
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Repairs: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; replace lights, ballasts, motors, pumps, and other equipment.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of equipment rooms and facilities, using checklists to identify potential issues.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to equipment failures or facility emergencies to restore operations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, prepare reports, and manage inventories of tools and supplies.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and direct junior technicians, manage duty rosters, and provide technical guidance.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for specialized maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure all work follows local regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies
