Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect large enterprise clients in the city.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in Admin, HR, Procurement, Facilities, and Travel teams.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling, field visits, networking, and client meetings.
  • Present Casa Melhor solutions, conduct property visits, and close enterprise deals.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate leasing, or hospitality sales.
  • Strong communication, cold calling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with field-oriented sales and client visits.
