About the Role

We are looking for a technically sound Estimation Engineer to support our marketing and business development activities. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimations from architectural drawings, supporting client enquiries, coordinating with manufacturing, and maintaining technical and enquiry documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Study architectural drawings and specifications to prepare cost estimations, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.

• Prepare estimation sheets, presentations, and supporting documents for client enquiries and submissions.

• Record and track enquiries received via email, phone, and client portals; ensure timely responses and systematic follow-ups.

• Maintain enquiry and estimation records on SAP or ERP systems and highlight missing data or timelines.

• Manage technical documentation such as ISO certificates, test reports, and compliance records.

• Coordinate with the manufacturing unit to track production status for enquiries and confirmed orders.

• Conduct monthly factory visits to review manufacturing activities and report progress to management.

• Collaborate with project, production, and marketing teams for smooth handover to clients and execution teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

• Strong estimation and costing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
