📋 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare RCM.
• Education: Undergraduates or Graduates are eligible to apply.

🧠 KEY SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

• RCM Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and the CMS-1500 claim form.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle high call volumes in a voice process.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to effectively resolve claims.
