Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Overall Building Operations
• Manage day-to-day facility operations of the residential premises
• Ensure smooth functioning of all services (Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance)
• Team Management
• Supervise housekeeping staff, security guards, technicians (MST), and vendors
• Ensure proper duty allocation, attendance, and performance monitoring
• Maintenance & Technical
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, STP, DG, lift operations
• Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance is carried out timely
• Resident Management
• Handle resident complaints and queries efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Coordinate with society committee / RWA
• Vendor & Compliance
• Manage AMC vendors and service providers
• Ensure statutory compliance (fire safety, safety audits, etc.)
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain logs, registers, and reports
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of facility management operations
• Good communication and resident handling skills
• Team management and leadership ability
• Basic understanding of maintenance systems (electrical/plumbing/HVAC)
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience in residential facility management
• Experience in managing large housing societies / townships preferred
