Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer who specializes in women’s nightwear or has experience designing comfortable yet stylish apparel. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, ensure high-quality fabric selection, and align designs with our brand philosophy.

• Key Responsibilities:Design & Development: Create original nightwear designs that reflect Soul Dream’s vision.
• Fabric & Material Selection: Research and source high-quality, breathable, and skin-friendly fabrics.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on fashion trends and customer preferences in nightwear.
• Technical Drawings & Prototypes: Develop sketches, tech packs, and oversee sample production.
• Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturers, merchandisers, and the marketing team.
• Quality Control: Ensure designs maintain comfort, durability, and style.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in designing women’s nightwear, loungewear, or related apparel.
• Strong understanding of fabric properties and garment construction.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D, etc.).
• A portfolio showcasing nightwear or similar designs is a must.
• Knowledge of sustainable and skin-friendly materials is a plus.
