Field Collection Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to manage customer payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, customer interaction and achieving collection targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Visit customers at their registered/residential/business locations for payment follow-up.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending membership payments, dues and outstanding amounts.
• Explain payment details and available payment options clearly to customers.
• Collect outstanding payments through approved company processes.
• Maintain daily records of field visits, customer interactions and collections.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic payment-related concerns.
• Coordinate with the internal collections and customer service teams.
• Submit regular collection and field visit reports to the reporting manager.
• Maintain professional behaviour and positive customer relationships during field visits.
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted as per company policies and guidelines.

• Candidate Requirements
• 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in field collection, recovery, field sales, banking, NBFC, telecom or customer service preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and willingness to work in the field can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable travelling within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
