Job RoleWe are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive for our scaffolding rental business.

The role involves visiting construction sites, meeting builders and contractors, generating scaffolding rental requirements, and following up until the requirement is converted into business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit construction sites regularly to identify scaffolding rental requirements.
• Meet and develop relationships with builders, contractors, civil contractors and construction companies.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities for scaffolding rental.
• Understand site requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and availability.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, requirements and orders.
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate for material delivery and other requirements after order confirmation.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment collection after sales.
• Maintain regular records of site visits, leads, quotations and follow-ups.
• Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing or construction-related sales preferred.
• Experience in construction, scaffolding, shuttering, building material or equipment rental will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across construction sites in Mumbai.
• Must be comfortable with field work and meeting new clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp for reporting and communication.
