Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and onboard delivery riders across Mumbai.
- Conduct field recruitment and achieve hiring targets.
- Maintain complete rider details and documentation.
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly rider rosters.
- Coordinate rider attendance, shifts, and deployment.
- Manage riders and resolve basic operational issues.
- Track rider availability, replacements, and absenteeism.
- Maintain daily hiring and rider management reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment/manpower hiring preferred.
- Delivery rider hiring experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and strong knowledge of Mumbai local areas.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp.
- Good coordination and rider management skills.
