Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and acquire new customers through field visits and networking.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, and order processing.
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and other requirements.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
• Maintain daily reports of field visits, sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• RequirementsProven experience in field sales, preferably in packaging, printing, paper products, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new business.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Male candidates preferred.

Education: Graduate preferred.
