- Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers and pitch company products/services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with interested clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Travel across assigned local areas to build business relationships.
- Candidate Requirements:
- 12th Pass or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) can apply.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi/Marathi and basic English.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
