### 📌 Job Overview
Bounce is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote electric scooter rentals and sales. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and converting prospects into successful customers.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell/rent electric scooters in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
- Meet potential customers and explain rental plans, pricing, and scooter benefits.
- Convert leads into successful rentals and sales.
- Visit local markets, businesses, and potential customer locations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and vehicle delivery.
### ✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in EV, automobile, two-wheeler, vehicle rental, or mobility sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and direct customer interaction.
- Target-oriented with good knowledge of the local market.
