Job Description

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Officer with strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive customer acquisition, sales, and relationship management in the local market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire new Savings & Current Account (CASA) customers.
  • Mobilize Fixed Deposits and Recurring Deposits.
  • Source and generate retail loan business.
  • Cross-sell insurance products to customers.
  • Promote digital banking products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct field visits and engage with prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned market.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of local market and customer segments
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial products
  • Customer acquisition and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented approach

PREFERRED PROFILE

  • Age: 21–30 years
  • Experience: 1–2 years in Sales / Field Sales preferred
  • Banking, financial services, or field sales experience preferred

Job Location: Mumbai

CTC: ₹2.8 – ₹3.5 LPA

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
