FLS Direct Channel– Job Description

Position Title: Front Line Sales (Business Development Executive/Business Development

Manager/Sr. Business Development Manager/Branch Sales Manager/Channel Sales Manager) –

Role Summary – Selling of Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, General Insurance & Cross-selling other

Financial Products like Mutual Funds through direct sales

Location:Andheri and Thane

Reports to: Assistant Unit Head/ Unit Head/ Sr. Unit Head

Key Responsibilities:

 Sales & Target Achievement for various financial products as mentioned above

 Doing customer need analysis and pitching various products as per the customer

requirements

 Achieve assigned monthly targets for acquiring Fixed Deposits and selling insurance

products both life & general.

 Convert Company generated Leads into New business of FD, Life insurance, General

insurance & cross-sell other financial products like Mutual Funds.

 Connect with the client over the call to seek appointment and conduct on field customer

meeting to service, sell our products as fresh acquisition and renewals of existing clients.

 Lead Management

 Contact and follow up on allocated leads within defined timelines.

 Maintain a strong lead-to-conversion ration by ensuring field meeting with client on each

leads.

 Keeping track of followup clients

 Churning of the leads , so contact is established on all the leads.

 Customer Relationship Management

 Maintain Regular contact with existing customer to ensure more than 1 product per

customer ratio

 Drive FD/Insurance renewals and additional investments

 Resolve client’s queries and help client with any service related issues.

 Generate referrals from existing customers.

 Daily Sales Discipline

 Maintain daily activity level through calls, meetings and followups.

 Achieve prescribed calls, customer meeting, lead conversion and business targets

 Provide daily and weekly updates to unit heads lead wise.

 Compliance & Process Adherence

 Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational and company policies

Qualifications & Experience:

 Minimum Graduate/Postgraduate with 1 year to 8 years of sales experience in

insurance (Life/Health), Fixed Deposits, banking or Retail industry
