Job Description

  • Candidate RequirementsCandidates must have retail industry experience.
  • Experience in selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards is mandatory.
  • Qualification: Graduation / HSC
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  • Working HoursShift Window: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day
  • Weekly Off: Rotational
  • Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Personal Loans / Credit Card products.
  • Generate and follow up with potential customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
