About the RoleWe are looking for a well-groomed, energetic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
• Explain menu items, daily specials and promotions when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of table setup, cleanliness and presentation.
• Follow proper service sequence and restaurant SOPs.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and service team for smooth operations.
• Check guest satisfaction during the meal and resolve basic concerns.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant floor and service areas.
• Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.
• Support the team during busy operations, events and peak hours.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, grooming and safety standards.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious hospitality/restaurant experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a guest-oriented approach.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive and disciplined attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of English/Hindi is preferred.
