Job Description
Responsible for leading the bakery and pastry kitchen, developing and maintaining recipes, ensuring consistent product quality, managing food cost and inventory, and supervising the kitchen team. Ensure high standards of hygiene, presentation, production, and timely delivery while introducing new and innovative bakery products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise bakery & pastry operations.
* Prepare and standardize recipes and products.
* Maintain quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
* Manage inventory, wastage, and food costs.
* Train and supervise kitchen staff.
* Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
* Plan daily production according to business requirements.
