1. Provide advisory for Revenue Leakages and Cost Optimization

2. Provide advisory for certain Export and Import Transactions, and its relevant documentation as well

as GST and other Export Benefits

3. Certification for Export Transactions and Closure of Advance Licenses

4. Ensure the Exports Team is closing BRCs with banks

5. Provide Certificates to Banks for closure of various documents e.g. MTT certificates

6. Fulfill the Certification requirements of Tenders

7. Handle Certification of Individuals for Bank Purposes

8. Verifying Stock Statements to be submitted to Banks

9. GST Return filing of the Group, Rakesh Shah, Maitry Shah, Rakesh HUF, Hrishi Shah and Dhruvi

Shah

10. Filing Income Tax Returns of the Group and Rakesh Shah and Family

11. Coordination with External Auditors with respect to Closure of accounts and Audit Report

12. Settle the queries raised by the External Auditors

13. Manage Internal Audits and keep Management updated

14. Prepare Management Accounts and MIS

15. Manage Budget Process and provide accurate data of PnL in good time for the Monthly Performance

Review.

16. Ensure statutory compliance.

17. Manage and build a strong team for Finance and Accounts.
