Hospitality Trainer

About the RoleWe are looking for a Training & Development professional who will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our frontline and operational teams across multiple properties.

The role will involve regular visits to different properties, understanding operational training requirements, developing relevant training content and ensuring effective implementation of training programs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit multiple properties regularly to identify training needs and conduct training sessions.
• Develop and implement training programs for blue-collar and frontline employees, including:
• Housekeeping teams
• Chefs and kitchen staff
• Service staff
• Stewards
• Drivers / support staff
• Other property-level operational teams
• Develop training modules, SOP-based training content, presentations, handbooks, checklists and other training materials.
• Conduct practical, classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
• Create training material that is simple, practical and easy for frontline employees to understand and implement.
• Work closely with property managers and department heads to identify skill gaps and operational training requirements.
• Conduct refresher and induction training for new and existing employees.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, observations and performance improvement.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, training reports and other documentation.
• Standardise training practices across properties while adapting content to specific property requirements.
• Identify recurring operational gaps and develop targeted training interventions to address them.
• Travel between properties as required for training and implementation.

• Teamwork and workplace behaviour
• Candidate ProfileExperience in Training & Development, Learning & Development or Hospitality Training.
• Prior experience working with frontline / blue-collar / operational teams is strongly preferred.
• Hospitality, hotel, luxury services, facilities or related industry experience would be an advantage.
• Strong ability to create training content and training material from scratch.
• Comfortable conducting hands-on training rather than only classroom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and visit multiple properties regularly.
• Ability to understand operational requirements and convert them into practical training programs.
