Admin Executive
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Reports To: Management
Role Summary
To support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by handling administration, staff coordination, office requirements, and basic operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Support the hiring process and coordinate interviews.
Handle day-to-day administrative requirements of the team.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when required.
Coordinate housekeeping, repairs, and office maintenance.
Manage courier and parcel receipts and dispatches.
Support management and teams with daily operational needs.
Book tickets and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
Desired Profile
Organised, dependable, and proactive.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable handling multiple routine responsibilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
