HR & Labour Compliance Assistant

Brief Role SummaryResponsible for payroll data entry and salary processing, ensuring compliance with wage regulations, coordination of ESI, EPF and other statutory requirements, employee onboarding and documentation, maintenance of personnel records, processing labour licences and work permits, and supporting HR administration for site operations, character certificate applications.
