Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with students for internship and full-time placement opportunities.
- Connect with HRs, recruiters, companies, and recruitment consultancies for job openings.
- Search for relevant job opportunities through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Understand company requirements and share suitable student profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and companies.
- Regularly follow up with HRs and students for interview feedback and joining updates.
- Maintain student placement records, interview status, and company databases.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies for regular placement opportunities.
- Prepare daily reports and share placement updates with the reporting manager.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Proactive, confident, and comfortable with calling and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
