HR Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, energetic and result-oriented HR Executive with experience in hardcore recruitment and HR generalist activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Presales, CRM, Civil, Marketing, Finance and Support functions.
  • Source, screen and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer closures and candidate joining.
  • Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
  • Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave and exit formalities.
  • Support payroll coordination, HR policies, employee engagement and HR MIS reporting.
