Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end PAN India recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee grievances, engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage employee exit, clearance, full & final settlement, and exit formalities.
