Job Description


We are hiring for this position on behalf of one of the leading MNCs in the HVAC industry.


Job Description:


  • Service, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling of AHUs and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, belts, bearings, dampers, filters, coils, valves, and actuators.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC systems through BMS.
  • Check sensors, actuators, control valves, VFDs, alarms, and temperature/pressure parameters.
  • Coordinate with BMS and facility teams for control and communication issues.
  • Maintain service reports and preventive maintenance records.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
