Job Description
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Engage with residential (B2C) and commercial/industrial (B2B) customers.
Explain company services, prepare quotations, and follow up for closures.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing customers.
Support marketing campaigns and customer outreach programs
