job is Meetings & Conversion — discover the problem, show the systems, negotiate and close. No lead generation, no

paperwork, no follow-up chasing: that is done for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take every qualified meeting the S.C schedules — new

enquiries, existing-client upsell, sorry-call revivals.

Run the discovery questions, present the Sales Deck

(Problem · Impact · Solution), price last.

Negotiate within the prepared best / target / walk-away limits

— no discounts, no extended credit.

Close on a trial lane ("one lane, 60 days") and hand the client

to the C.R.M with the handover script.

Log every objection heard and every outcome in Command

Center the same day.

Hit the weekly meetings, conversion and average-ticket

numbers reviewed every Monday.

4–8 years closing B2B deals on phone/Zoom — freight,

logistics SaaS, industrial services or bidding platforms

(SuperProcure, GoComet-type companies welcome).

Comfortable with plant heads and procurement; fluent English

and Hindi.

You believe the pitch: on-time placement beats a cheaper

rate, and you can prove it.

Coachable — you record your calls and listen back.
