Installation Engineer

We are seeking a proactive, technically sound On-Field Machine Installation & Troubleshooting Engineer to join our technical support team. You will be the face of SRS Jewelkon at client sites, responsible for unboxing, installing, calibrating, and troubleshooting high-precision machinery. The ideal candidate enjoys traveling, solving complex hardware/software problems, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Travel to client sites to install, assemble, and set up machinery (such as electro-polishing machine and precision jewellery manufacturing equipments).
• Calibration & Testing: Ensure machines are calibrated to meet strict quality and accuracy standards before handing them over to clients.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site. Resolve breakdowns promptly to minimize client downtime.
• User Training: Conduct live demonstrations and train client operators/technicians on safe machine operations and basic daily maintenance.
• Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and perform routine health checks on deployed machinery to ensure optimal lifecycle performance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate field service logs, resolution reports, and client feedback documents. Report recurring issues to the core engineering team.
