Candidate Eligibility
Category A – Freshers

Category B – Experienced Candidates
- Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance Sales / Motor Insurance Calling / Insurance BPO.
- Good Hindi and Marathi communication.

- Basic computer knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle outbound B2B calls for the POSP motor insurance process.
- Drive motor insurance sales through POSP insurance advisors.
- Provide sales assistance and product-related support to POSP insurance advisors.
- Explain motor insurance products, policy features, and sales processes.
- Follow up with POSP advisors regarding ongoing sales opportunities.
- Resolve basic sales-related queries and coordinate for necessary support.
- Maintain daily calling reports and sales performance records.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good Hindi and Marathi communication.
- Basic English and email writing skills.
- Sales-oriented approach and convincing skills.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Customer handling and professional telephone etiquette.
