Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects.

• Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and translate them into practical design solutions. 

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

• Prepare concepts, mood boards, material palettes, presentation drawings, and design proposals. 

• Assist in interior and façade design development. 

• Prepare and review technical drawings, including: o GA drawings o Ceiling layouts o Elevations o Joinery details o Flooring layouts o Wall panelling details o Toilet details o Site coordination drawings 

• Develop working drawings aligned with site conditions and execution requirements. 

• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and coordinate execution with site teams. 

• Ensure drawings are implemented correctly on site and resolve design/detailing issues during execution. 

• Develop SketchUp models and coordinate renders, presentation sheets, and documentation sets. 

• Use AI tools, where relevant, for design references, concept exploration, mood boards, presentations, and workflow efficiency. Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability. 

• Good understanding of materials, finishes, construction methods, and site execution. 

• Ability to independently handle projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. 

• Strong communication, follow-up, and client-facing skills. 

• Practical problem-solving approach with attention to detail. 

• Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to use them in the design workflow. 

Mandatory Software Skills

• AutoCAD 

• SketchUp 

• Photoshop 

• PowerPoint Preferred Software Knowledge

• V-Ray / Enscape / D5 

• AI-based design, visualization, presentation, or productivity tools 

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare/hospital interiors will be preferred. 

• Experience in renovation, retrofit, or adaptive reuse projects is a plus. 

• Candidates with site execution coordination experience will be preferred.

• Façade design or façade coordination experience will be an added advantage.
