Job DescriptionJob Opening: International Customer Support Role
Our client, a leading global professional service company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an International Customer Support Representative. This position is based in Vikhroli, Mumbai and requires working from the office.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in different time zones
- Provide professional and positive responses to global clients
- Adapt to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Apply knowledge of customer service principles and practices
RequirementsRequirements:
- Graduates or Master's degree holders
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Note: 2 days of rotational week off and 5 days of working.
